Adam Doolittle
An original founder and CEO of Conscientia Group, is an accomplished management executive with deep experience in technical program development, company operations, regulatory oversight and financial management. Mr. Doolittle is a United States Marine Corps veteran with over 15 years of management experience, particularly within the Aerospace and Defense industry in matters of physical security, crisis and consequence management, force protection and antiterrorism protection. Mr. Doolittle has an extensive background supporting government and commercial customers domestically and abroad. Mr. Doolittle holds an MBA degree from Frostburg State University and a BA degree in political science from Fort Hays State University from which he graduated summa cum laude.
Bill Pearse
Mr. Pearse is Conscientia Group’s President and brings over 35 years of executive experience in program management, engineering, and corporate development/business strategy. Focusing on the security, energy, logistics, and technology sectors, Mr. Pearse specializes in working with companies that provide services to the U.S. government. Mr. Pearse earned an MS in Nuclear Engineering from Cornell University and holds a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Pearse is a Certified Professional Project Manager.
Cenk Sidar
A global risk executive with a vast experience of assisting top financial institutions, multinational corporations, risk management firms, and legal firms. Mr. Sidar specializes in technology applications for physical security, data analytics, and geopolitical analysis. Mr. Sidar has written for, been interviewed by, and worked with the world’s leading media organizations, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC, and Bloomberg. Mr. Sidar has addressed audiences around the world, including those at UK House of Commons, Cornell, Tufts, and Johns Hopkins. Mr. Sidar holds an MA degree in international economics and relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and a BA degree in business administration and international relations from Istanbul Bilgi University.
